Colour:  This wine has a clear and shinny colour with golden hues.

Nose:  The nose is very expressive offering a large range of aromas such as citrus fruits, peach and acacia. Light buttery hints.

Mouth: Round and supple in mouth, the wine reveals powerful notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.

Food pairing :   Serve as an aperitif, with mussels, poultry or cheese.

Garnacha Blanca

Parellada :  A traditional fine and delicate Catalan variety. It produces aromatic light dry white wines with   gentle fruity aromas.

Garnacha Blanca:  A grape that adapts to warm and relatively dry climates.  It has yellow shades and mature   fruity aromas with a hint of broom that offers an original touch.

Tasting note:  Pale yellow. It offers seductive aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit

(quince, Guyot   pear). The palate is warm, silky and very flavorful.

Food pairing:  Excellent as an aperitif or paired with salmon tartare, gambas or scallops. Serve at 10ºC.

A fine wine, made from Garnacha and Cariñena.

Cariñena:   A classical and traditional variety from the Mediterranean vineyards. It produces robust   wines with a high alcohol content which are rich in pigment and extract.

Garnacha tinta:  The most heavily grown Mediterranean red variety in the world, it produces excellent red   and rosé wines which benefit from its greasy and sensual tannin.

Tasting note :  Cherry red in color. Fresh, expressive and intense red fruit aromas with

a subtle nuance of oak aging. Velvety on the palate.

Food Pairing:  Perfect with braised lamb shank, assiette Toulousaine or cassoulet. Serve at 18ºC.

The wine exhibits a dense ruby/purple color as well as lots of sweet black cherry and black

currant fruit intermixed with hints of licorice and incense, with a roasted apple wood accent stretching out on the finish.

Full, rich and layered, this up-front, gorgeous 2011 should drink well for 12+ years.

MATURATION:  12 months in American oak hogsheads

COLOUR:   Deep dark magenta

NOSE:   A first impression of dark fruits and chocolate, splashed by spices – cinnamon, vanillin

pod, cola. Then, a transient umami dabble – via cues of Worcestershire sauce/smoked Barossa

bacon/beef cube. To follow, a bruléed lift mirrored by scents of toasted brioche, soaked oats.

Intriguingly different, yet still Bin 389, albeit young/evolving at this perusal at an

early stage.

A wave/surge of fruits and spice unleashed – propelled by tomato and tahini paste
