On this beautiful Saturday morning, October 13, we welcomed the whole sales team of Auskhmer Cambodia for a small tasting event. On the table, we featured all the cold cuts items that Open Wine prepares on a regular basis. The “charcuterie” Open Wine is already available in selected Kiwi-marts around the city, along with sandwiches and breads. All the product coming from our kitchen is 100% homemade, thanks to the expertise of our Chef Frank Sampéré. Moreover, the raw materials (the pork mainly) comes from the kingdom too.  r
