A few months after its intronisation in the kingdom, the Cambodian delegation of the “Disciples d’Escoffier, an association perpetuating the French culinary expertise throughout time and space, held its very first “Epicurean Dinner” at Open Wine. Most of the members were present for the dinner, or arrived after their duty, along with connoisseurs and food lovers. The best chefs in the capital enjoyed the dinner:  Chef Takeshi, from La Residence, Chef Richard Gillet from Topaz & Khema, Chef Christophe from Le Malraux in Siem Reap, Chef Olivier, from La Pargola (La Plantation).
